Joe DeMattos is the CEO of the Health Facilities Association of Maryland (HFAM), Maryland’s oldest and largest nationally-affiliated provider association representing skilled nursing, transitional, rehabilitative and long-term care providers.

The founder of Triple Latte Leadership, LLC., DeMattos is a transformational speaker, trainer and coach helping athletes, executives and everyday individuals to gain higher self-awareness and to reach peak performance.  And he is a sought after consultant helping organizations to navigate change.

DeMattos is also an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Maryland Baltimore County Erickson School for the Management of Aging Studies.

Joe was born and raised in Mā’ili, Hawai’i, and is a graduate of the University of Hawai’i. He holds a Master of Arts in Government from Johns Hopkins University.  He has completed executive education studies in Management at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He is also an alumnus of the Pacific Century Fellows Program, a Hawaii-Pacific program modeled after the White House Fellows, and of Leadership Maryland.
